1. Go to: http://www.wireless.att.com/blackberrystart and click the link to take you to the “Blackberry Internet Service Login page.” (http://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=mycingular)
  2. Hopefully you have already fought it out with customer service to get your username and password. Enter it here. Otherwise you can try creating an account, but typically this won’t work.
  3. Click the button to Set Up Account.
  4. Your only option here is to enter an email address and password. Go ahead and enter your work email address and Windows login password (the one you would use to log on to your PC).
  5. After a while, this will time out and tell you it was unable to configure your account and you will be presented with two options: “This is my personal email account” and “This is my work email account” – choose the work option and click next.
  6. On the next screen, you are presented with a couple options as to how you access your email: via an Internet Service Provider (POP/IMAP) or via Outlook Web Access. Choose Outlook Web Access and click Next.
  7. Next fill in the information requested:
    1. Outlook Web Access URL: In our setup it is ‘http://www.domain.com’
    2. User Name: This must include the domain prefix like this: ‘domainusername’
    3. Password: Enter the same password you use to login to your PC at the office.
    4. Email Address: Enter your complete email address ‘first.last@domain.com’
    5. Mailbox Name: This is your username + @ + domain.local like this: ‘usern@domain.local’
  8. If all goes well, you should see a message telling you it was a success and the new account should show up in your list of accounts. You should also receive an email from Blackberry confirming the new setup.
